Common principles of morale building that shape the behavior patterns of a student, should become a part of the curriculum. So that each student knows how to differentiate ‘the right’ from ‘the wrong’ by becoming a civilized element of the society. How well should he express his opinion on something all the kids of his age group are busy discussing, depends upon how much he has learnt at school. It is at this crucial juncture, when like a sponge, he is absorbing knowledge from where-ever it comes from! It would be the best, if he learns it all at his primary abode of education, his school!
Teachers and parents should take equal interest in researching about what a student’s inborn skills are and whether there is any talent inbuilt in him / her. It becomes the next rung in the ladder to highlight these qualities through co-curricular activities. Care should be taken that no student is left craving to be given a chance to perform! As students advance to a new age and grow like beautiful flowers in a garden, their beaming faces, their joys, their sorrows, in fact all their emotions become clearly visible in a new light. A teacher ought to develop a global citizen, who can, in the future, change the face of a country through his thought-provoking ways. The teacher must know how to deal with his students right from his early years of getting educated.
